Boys 4x400 at State Opens (l to r) Esposito, Marriott, B.Cristobal Block,

Top finishers for the boys at CIAC Opens were Matt Marriott who placed 5th in the 400 (49.33), the 4x800: Alex Petersen, Keaton Cristobal, Christophe Esposito, Brendon Cristobal who placed 5th (8:00.51) and the 4x400: Morgan Block, Christophe Esposito, Brendon Cristobal, Matt Marriott who placed 2nd (3:24.94). The boys 4x100: Greg Ruisi, Matt Marriott, Morgan Block, Chris Lau finished just out of scoring in 11th (44.37). The top performance for the girls was Alicia Kaestli who placed 18th in the 800 with a time of 2:25.20.

Class L Meet Notes

Congratulations to all of our competitors at Tuesday's State Class Meet. The boys team finished 2nd and the girls team 16th. Results are available on My Sports Results. Top 8 finishers for the girls were the 4x100 relay(6th), 4 x 800 relay(8th) and Alicia Kaestli(6th)in the 800m. Top 8 finishers for the boys are as follows: Lau(7th) in the 100m &  200m, Marriott(2nd) in the 400m, Esposito(6th) in 1600m, Robson(7th) in the 3200, Peterson(8th) in the 3200, 4 x100 relay(4th), 4 x 400(1st), 4 x 800 (2nd), Bangser(1st) in pole vault, Rosa (3rd) in the triple jump, Henry(8th) in the triple jump, and Kennedy (4th) in the shot put.
